AHOL Games Super Duper Frisbee is a Team Championship Event, its a game that requires team work and faith of the disc to find a way to claim the Championship in this one. It was 1st played and contested in Season 3.

Rules

• Game starts and restarts with the opening rush
• Points are earned by scoring goals, which is done by throwing the disc into the opponents net
• Any part of the player from the knee up can be used to play the ball.
• Players can not move when in possession of the disc so must pass or shoot to progress the disc.
• Game is usual regulations time in length, split into either half’s or quarters.
• the disc can not be taken from the opponent when they are in possession of the disc
• when the disc is not under control of a player, and is dormant, it is 1st player to the disc that then takes control of the possession
• there is no out of play in standard format, as there is no out of bounds
• when defending, players can not make any significant contact with the player that is in possession, they must block and cut passing lanes in order to recover possession of the disc.
